What I’m doing now
I’m sharing what I’m up to with the hopes that it will help you 1) stay connected and current with me; 2) help me with these project where possible; and 3) understand where my time and focus is (or at least should be) going these days.

Working on a leadership development project with a new client in San Bernadino, CA.

Getting ready for our first trip to Japan, for vacation. Yay!
I love to be a guest on other podcasts to share actionable ideas on leadership, engaging communication, emotional intelligence, and authentic networking (without the ‘ick’ factor). Reporters and writers periodically reach out to interview or quote me for their articles, too.
I am doing CrossFit about 4-5 times/week and hike with my husband David whenever possible. I eat paleo-style, low carb, whole food and do 18/6 intermittent fasting most days. I fall but always get back up. Recently I lost my amazing gym to a takeover, and have been a bit unsettled since. I have found a new box and am trying to get used to the new vibe.
