What I’m doing now

(This is my new now page, and if you have your own site, you should make one, too. It’s kind of a cool idea, so why not, I’m in!)

I’m sharing what I’m up to with the hopes that it will help you 1) stay connected and current with me; 2) help me with these project where possible; and 3) understand where my time and focus is (or at least should be) going these days.

  • Starting a new leadership development project with a new client in San Bernadino, CA.

    • I’d love to do more of my work here in SoCal and spend less time on planes. Do you know any California companies that need my leadership development consulting and training services?

  • Following a successful beta launch in January, Elaine Biech and I are getting our new online course, Building Your Training Consulting Business, ready to launch again in June.

  • We’re taking a family getaway to Joshua Tree State Park this coming weekend. Yay!

  • Speaking of traveling, I’m getting ready for a flurry of business travel for speaking and client workshops in May: I’ll be in Dallas, Tampa, DC, & Atlanta. In June, I’ll in Atlanta, Dallas, and Cleveland.

  • I continue to publish the TalentGrow Show podcast and my newsletter every Tuesday. (Are you getting my free, short, and actionable weekly newsletter? Sign up here.)

  • I love to be a guest on other podcasts to share actionable ideas on leadership, engaging communication, emotional intelligence, and authentic networking (without the ‘ick’ factor). Reporters and writers periodically reach out to interview or quote me for their articles, too.

  • I am doing CrossFit about 4-5 times/week and hike with my husband David whenever possible. I eat paleo-style, low carb, whole food and do 18/6 intermittent fasting most days. I fall but always get back up.

    • Last weekend we hiked up Escondido Falls in Malibu (it was super dirty and challenging but so worth it!).
