Halelly earned a B.A. ( cum laude ) and an M.A. in Communication from The University of Maryland with a focus on training and development and intercultural/organizational communication. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Golden Key Honor Society. Halelly is a certified Emotional Quotient Inventory (Bar-On EQ-i), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Apter Motivational Styles Profile (AMSP) practitioner; certified administrator and trainer of both the Index of Emotional Intelligence and the PDI Profilor 360 Assessments; certified in Development Dimensions, Inc. (DDI) training and Conner Partners’ (formerly ODR) Change Management methodologies; and has completed course work toward both a Human Performance Improvement (HPI) certification from ASTD and an ICF-approved coaching certification with MentorCoach. Halelly believes in continuous learning and improvement, and regularly attends seminars, webinars, and conferences that enrich her professional knowledge and skills.
