Working with varied client types and industries, Halelly has enjoyed the breadth and depth of subject matters and learning solutions she has been able to develop. Recent client projects include designing participant and instructor materials for health education initiatives and engaging a four-star admiral and government leaders in a discussion about emotional intelligence.
Prior to launching TalentGrow, Halelly served as a performance consultant with NASD (now FINRA), the world’s largest private-sector market regulatory organization, where she designed, developed and delivered customized performance management and talent development solutions for 2,500 leaders and employees across the U.S. She was instrumental in the implementation of the cascading goal alignment initiative as part of a Balanced Scorecard strategic planning and performance management process integration, ensuring each employee was linked to the corporate strategy through coactive performance management.
Halelly authored instructional books and jobaids, including the Goal Setting Instructional Booklet used by every employee from executive leadership to frontline staff, as well as numerous management development training booklets and modules. She has also benchmarked and analyzed industry best-practices and wrote comprehensive white papers on topics such as onboarding and cross-organizational talent development for NASD.
Previously, Halelly managed the performance development and training department of Ruesch International, a private international financial services corporation specializing in b2b foreign currency payments and risk-management solutions. There she designed, developed and delivered performance solutions and learning tools for leaders and employees in Europe and the U.S.
Prior to that, she served as faculty at the University of Maryland, where she instructed students on communication theories and the art of public speaking. Halelly has also held various public relations, advertising, and communication roles in private industry as well as in private consulting.
